What is the Brother2Brother Fellowship Program?
The Brother2Brother Fellowship teaches you, as a brother, how to prioritize your self-care and well-being, both mentally and physically. You’ll gain practical tools and insights to strengthen your health, build resilience, and empower yourself. This program is about coming together as a community of brothers, sharing experiences, and learning ways to uplift one another. You’ll walk away with valuable resources to support your personal growth and long-term wellness, all while connecting with fellow brothers who understand the journey you’re on.

The Brother2Brother Fellowship explores health disparities, exercise, nutrition, and healthy sexuality, empowering Black men to address healthcare challenges and embrace positive changes for better physical well-being. Session One is now open for registration!
The Brother2Brother Fellowship fosters wellness by emphasizing forgiveness, mental health, and self-care. Through stress management and healthy habits, participants are empowered to heal and strengthen both their minds and bodies. Registration for Session Two opens on October 7th!

Wellness
This session focuses on promoting physical well-being through discussions on health disparities, exercise, nutrition, and healthy sexuality. Participants will explore why Black men often face challenges in healthcare, including their response to COVID-19, and consider ways to improve health outcomes. Key topics include disease prevention, exercise, diet, sleep, and the importance of a healthy approach to sexuality. Additionally, the session covers life stages, manhood, aging, positive relationships, and the role of authority figures, offering insights into building a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Forgiveness & Mental Health
In this session, participants will explore the profound impact of forgiveness, navigating guilt, and the healing process of grief. The discussion will also focus on mental wellness, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and the importance of lifelong learning. Attendees will reflect on how generational impacts, such as childhood trauma or oppressive systems, influence mental well-being, and will be encouraged to broaden their perspectives through new experiences. This session offers valuable insights into personal growth and emotional healing, equipping participants with tools for mental resilience.
Financial Literacy
This session dives into practical financial topics like budgeting, investing, and insurance, all aimed at helping participants move beyond living paycheck to paycheck. Through engaging discussions and hands-on guidance, attendees will explore how personal finance choices impact long-term financial growth, the role of education in wealth-building, and strategies for securing a meaningful career. Whether you’re looking to enhance your job prospects or venture into entrepreneurship, this session provides the tools and insights to help you build a sustainable and successful financial future.
Spirituality & Values Systems
This session invites participants to reflect on their moral code, foundational beliefs, and how these guide their actions and define personal success. The discussion will explore the role of spirituality and value systems in decision-making, while encouraging attendees to examine the roots of their beliefs. Additionally, the session will focus on emotional resiliency, enhancing decision-making skills, understanding love in its various forms, overcoming impostor syndrome, and addressing past traumas. Participants will gain deeper insights into their emotional health and values, helping them align their actions with a stronger sense of purpose.
